I love these authors and their work. This book is no exception. If you like the weird quirky world of sexy paranormal romance, look no further!

Mason is aware that he is rapidly heading to crazytown. If he doesn’t find his fated mate soon, he’ll lose what’s left of himself and never be able to continue to lead. It’s just his luck that Lucy ends up having some back luck of her own. She returns to town to put her mind at ease but finds herself bitten after rescuing a young boy from traffic. The bite ends up being more trouble than she imagines, especially because it comes complete with an overbearing alpha named Mason.

After Lucy is bitten, Mason immediately recognizes her as his mate. She, however, takes a bit of convincing. Oh, and there’s trauma to deal with, too, so that slows down the sexy time. Don’t worry, though – we eventually get there! There’s a lot of really entertaining characters that made me happy that Lucy may have found her unique place in this world. It also made me look forward to future installments in this series.

I loved this book Lucy was having a difficult time after her ass of an ex abused her verbally and made her feel like shes wasnt worthy. Meet Mason who knows Lucy is his mate right away and will do anything to make her see what a sexy beauty she is and all the things he feels for her are real. I loved this book and cannot wait until the next one.
Cutesy, sexy shifter romance. Lucy is bitten by a panicky 6yr old Charlie and almost dies from the bite. Luckily, Mason realizes she is his mate and his bite is the antidote - but with a guarantee of turning her into a shifter. Lucy is also saving Mason from turning feral due to lack of a mate.
My favorite part is the crack! and thwap! of Lucy using her garden hoe on the evil shifter who set fire to her house, and was there when her parents were killed. Go Lucy!
Great series starter! Can't wait to read more about the Ashtown Pack.

Great read from start to finish. Read it through in one sitting and thoroughly enjoyed it. A book that I would easily recommend to others.
I really enjoyed this book it was really cute. I liked the leading male character the most. I had mixed feelings about the leading female, it took her until almost 75% into the book before she was willing to admit her "mate status." I like my shifter stories more on the instant love side, but that is pure preference. I loved the humor in the book, and the dialogue was worth the read. I have been a fan of one of these authors for awhile and am excited to now read more from the other. Solid 4 stars.
Werewolves on the verge of turning feral. Yesssss. Well, not that Mason's *quite* there yet, but things are looking grim for the guy. His wolf is pushing forward a little more every day and with no mate to pull him back, he's on the path to crazy town.

Fortunately for him, Lucy rolls into town and has just the antidote for what ails him. Sure, sure, it would be easier if she knew werewolves existed. And if she hadn't been bit by a wee wolf and was on the verge of turning herself. (Or dying, but, you know, those things happen, I guess.)

Anywho. Lucy has the power to save the pack and Mason, but she has NO CLUE how she fits into their world. Or that their world exists. Or that she's in a precarious position. Or that an enemy of Mason's pack is edging in and her life's never going to be the same.

Snark, sex, and shenanigans. This book has them all.

Lucy is a strong woman. How do you know? Celia built her character slowly into the plot. Mason is not your standard Alph Male. He too is carefully crafted into the story. I will admit I liked Lucy's snarky comments and his responses to them. Her skills with a garden hoe was spectacular and dirt was not even involved. I also liked how Charlie was written into the story along with Ghost. I just loved him, it was how I expected pack life to really be like. I think this is a perfect story and I will be reading the rest of the series.
Lucy thought going back home will help her close a tragic chapter in her life. Mason is desperate to find the one missing piece to his life that will make him not turn feral. When a minor mishap, an accidental bite, an enemy from the past, all converge on this sleepy town, Mason and Lucy will find that their lives are connected longer than thought and their future, if they survive it, will answer all of their needs.

Loved Lucy..smart ass, loving, compassionate, and extremely hot for this man who just takes over her life. Mason is broody, seductive, and just a hairs breath away from crazy, but when he scents Lucy, his whole life changes. The chemistry between them is just like mates finding each other should be...hot, magnetic, combustible.

Loved the beginning of this book. Looking forward to upcoming installments.
